Creamy Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip

Creamy Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip Perfect for Snacking

This Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip is a high-protein, healthy, and flavorful alternative to traditional ranch dips. Made with creamy blended cottage cheese and classic ranch seasonings, it’s perfect as a dip for veggies, a spread for sandwiches, or a topping for baked potatoes. Quick and easy to make, this dip is both nutritious and delicious.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cottage cheese (low-fat or full-fat, as preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped herbs (dill or parsley) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients. Ensure the cottage cheese is at room temperature for easier blending.
  • In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine cottage cheese, parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, dried onion flakes, and salt.
  • Blend on high speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until smooth and creamy, with no visible curds.
  • Taste the dip and adjust seasoning by adding black pepper or additional salt, as needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately with your choice of accompaniments.

Notes

  • To customize the dip, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for brightness or a dollop of Greek yogurt for added creaminess.
  • For a milder flavor, reduce the garlic powder or omit the dried onion flakes.
  • The dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir before serving if separation occurs.
